After waiting curbside at the Miami airport, at the instructed location, for over 1.5 hours, our driver never arrived. I tried calling the local operator repeatedly only to get voice mail. I was finally able to reach Viator on their customer service number. They also tried reaching the local provider, but were unable to get an answer. We finally just took a cab to our hotel. The only positive part of the experience was that Viator issued a full refund within 3 days. We have used Viator for many excursions in multiple countries and have always had a positive experience. I would strongly encourage them to remove this operator from their service providers.
