Don with Rover transported us from the Saint Hotel to MSY airport. He was on time and personable. The fee was very competitive so a nice tip was the least we could do.

First, the driver was not waiting on the lobby for us, he was in the parking lot. Next we had to lift our own bags into the truck because the driver was not able to get out due to a hip injury. But the description said that a driver would be waiting and would take care of our bags. I messaged the manager who offered 10 percent off of our ride or 20 percent off of our return ride but unfortunately he was not able to accommodate my return ride he said. He refunded me 5.15 which I donā€™t feel like this amount was acceptable!

We apologize for your negative experience and the lack of support with baggage loading and loading. This issue will be managed internally. On a different note, we are not a black car service, and having a driver holding a sign in the airport is not an option as it would cost more for consumers by adding fees for airport parking and extended wait time. The description of our services is clear. ā€œThe driver will meet passengers at curbside.ā€ Respectfully
