We communicated several times prior to the scheduled pick up time. I was surprised and disturbed when the pick up time had passed and there had not been any communication. I called the driver and received profuse apologies. We made our flight.

The airport was hectic having a few huge events going on but because I booked the transfer everything was smooth, comfortable plus cheaper than taxis.
