Thank You for providing the drivers phone number as this made it easy to confirm he was at our hotel waiting for us for our return to the airport. The hotel was quit busy so we had to call the driver to find him. The driver Krystiano, was on time, professional and efficient. Thank You.

Booked a limo for 8 to the airport from Fremont Street. They charged my card but called 45 minutes later and told me they were going to cancel because they couldn’t find a car to use. Instead of just canceling the transaction, now I have to wait 3-5 days to get my money returned. Would definitely not recommend this company for anyone.

Hi Leslie, We are starting the high season, mostly in Las Vegas. We recommend making the reservation 2 or 3 days before the travel date if you make the reservation after those days we can not guarantee a confirmation, and we do not call you to inform you of the cancellation, we just cancel the reservation and that's it, maybe Viator has it called to you. We have not made any charge on your card, the charge and the returns are managed by Viator, not us, since you have paid them you must write to them. Greetings, Javier.
