Terrible experience, my travel agent booked us a transfer to our hotel from Miami airport and a transfer back when we leave. On our way from Boston to Miami we missed our flight and I called them hours prior to our scheduled pick up time to notify them and ask them to move our pick up time to 8:40 pm they said they had no drivers and they will still charge us the fee. I reported them to our travel agency and unfortunately we still had reserved a transfer back with them. They never sent a confirmation email or text the day before or the day of departure so I ended up calling them and I spoke with an agent that barely spoke or understood English and she wouldn’t confirm that we will be picked up and she wouldn’t confirm the time of the pick up instead she asked me to call the sub company that they use. I was fed up at this point since we were few hours only away from our flight and I arranged reservations via our concierge at the hotel. I received a call after we checked in at the airport and after going through security that a driver is waiting to pick us up at the hotel so I told him and we are about to board our plane. Briefly don’t trust these people they are unreliable
