Fantastic Customer Service
We booked this transfer thinking it was good value but when our flights got cancelled, rebooked for 24 hours later and switched to a different airport both ends we found out that it went beyond value for money.
I emailed Butta several times and he replied really quickly every time. He was fabulous and I can't recommend this company more highly. Pity BA don't have this kind of customer service, maybe Butta should offer them some training.
