Driver was there in less than 5 minutes after I called when we got thru customs.

We disembarked our cruise ship very quickly and breezed through customs. We called and were told the driver was on the bridge and would be there soon. Good information as he showed up almost as soon as we got off the phone. Car very clean and shiny. The driver was very helpful with our bags and the doors to the car. He provided some local information on our ride to the airport and was very courteous. He delivered us right to the Delta area in the terminal. Only complaint is the rough freeways on the way to the airport, but that is an issue for the State of California not our driver or his car

WE had a car to the airport for just the two of us with a very pleasant driver for the same price as a bus tranfer. we would not hesitate using the service again.
