The driver who picked us up from the airport was great, very friendly and informative. He did mention that he'd arrived earlier in the day even though I'd emailed to advise the change in our arrival time and received a confirmation email in response. Our driver on the return trip was late, didn't bother apologising and drove slower than a wet week! We only just made our flight.
