Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and are not provided by the local supplier
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan, four per sports utility vehicle four per limousine - due to luggage capacity limitations and 10 passengers per VIP Van

I scheduled a ride several days in advance paid 100% in advance and 14 hours before pickup said my ride has been cancelled. I called and tried to get help because I was stranded 121 miles from the airport. Response was sorry we will refund your money.

Booked and had confirmation within minutes when our cruise line assured us there's no way for us to book private transport the day before disembarking and that we'd need to change our flight because we weren't going to make it to the airport on time. Very friendly service and got us to the airport with more than an hour to spare.
