We had a fun time tubing and the check in process was a breeze, but their lack of COVID-19 mask protocols made my husband and I very uncomfortable. I only saw one staff member wearing a mask and no clients were encouraged to wear masks, despite having to take a bus crowded in together to the let in point. I expected more from a clearly well-run, professional establishment.

Was less than impressed with the customer service. The staff was not very helpful with questions and directions of what should be done when checking in and where you should proceed to once you check in. Any company can rent tubes for a relaxing day floating on the river so if that is the only thing that is important when planning your activity, they will suffice. However, the staff hospitality of Pro Rafting Tours far exceeds High Country's hospitality.
