The guide was great. Understand this is not āwhite water raftingā. This is a casual float with beautiful scenery. Very enjoyable 90 minutes!

Tubing was wonderful. Nice stretch of river. Bus took us right to drop in point. Definitely wear good river shoes, flip flops get stuck in the muddy bottom. Would have been better if they had helpers to help us out of the river. Water is cold, felt so good on 90 degree day. Our group of four were able to stick together . Incredible scenery.

Our group had a wonderful time with High Country Adventure! We had a group of 13 adults as part of a family reunion. The river was mellow enough for adventurous grandma and grandpa (in their 70s). There were enough twists and turns that everyone had fun. We laughed the whole way down. And we didn't really get wet except for those pesky brothers who no matter how old they are have to tease and splash their sisters.
We did an unguided ride and we were able to navigate the river just fine. If you have any experience canoeing or rowing a boat you should be able to go unguided.
I would highly recommend them. We want to come back with our kids.
