John was our guide. He was thoughtful and interactive. My 11yo said it was the best thing he has ever done in his life. He kept a good pace without rushing. I am very out of shape but was able to walk the whole tour carrying a backback. I love history and I’m an avid reader, and he gave information I had never heard or thought to ask. Overall great experience even with a little bad weather.
