Overview
Join us for a unique food tour in the vibrant city of Philadelphia in the iconic Reading Terminal Market, a bustling hub of activity that has been a fixture in the city for over a century. You'll sample a wide range of local delicacies, including fresh produce, artisanal cheeses, and delicious baked goods.

Philadelphia's food scene is interesting for a variety of reasons. The city's diverse culinary heritage and the long tradition of immigrant communities from around the world reflect the rich cultural history of the region. From traditional Italian bakeries in South Philly to Jewish delis in the centre, there is a wealth of culinary diversity waiting to be explored.

Philadelphia is committed to using locally-sourced ingredients and sustainable practices, which has led to the rise of farm-to-table dining experiences with passionate chefs and restaurants that are all about supporting local farmers and producers in their venues.

This tour was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I are not exactly world travelers, but we do make a point of going on at least one walking tour in any city we visit. We've been on some exceptional ones, both due to the depth of the knowledge of the guide and the overall tour experience. Patrick's tour was definitely one of the best we've ever been on. Every detail and story was woven together so nicely, and he was able to answer every one of our questions without hesitation. You can tell Patrick is so passionate about history and art, pointing out details of things that were both fascinating and easy to miss without his help. I would absolutely recommend for anyone who wants to know more about the history and architecture of Philadelphia to book Patrick's tour!
