Cyndi is a friendly, affable tour guide who is easy to listen to. She knows her history and show a lot of enthusiasm for it. She engages with participants well and welcomes conversation. Her use of old photos was really illuminating. She was willing to do this tour with just the two of us.

We had two guides, a professional and a trainee, both very personable and knowledgeable. Wonderful attention to historical details and interesting anecdotes. The tour was advertised as 90 minutes, but lasted nearly three hours. The time went so fast, it didn't seem too long. Outstanding! Well worth the money.
