What To Expect

Yellowstone National Park

Departing Jackson Hole, WY we will drive north through Grand Teton National Park and explore the lower loop of Yellowstone. See park highlights based on guests' interests. Options include: Old Faithful, Grand Prismatic Overlook, Yellowstone Falls and other amazing highlights of the lower loop.

Timo our guide was fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly. Our trip was stress free because of Timo. We learned so much and enjoyed all of the attractions. All in all, the private tour was beyond my expectation. I highly recommend it!

My family took the one day tour of Yellowstone with Timo from Teton Excursions and had an amazing time. Timo is extremely knowledgeable and taught us so much about the park, the geology, and the wildlife. He kept us all engaged, including my 3 children (10,9,&4). Seeing the major sites in one day could be challenging, but Timo navigated the crowds and knew the precise timing so that we were able to see everything we wanted to see. We are so happy we chose Teton Excursions and we’re lucky enough to get Timo as our guide!

Typically, one or two people must drive and are cheated with the park experience by dealing with the stress of traffic and maneuvering around the parking lots of the more popular site seeing area and dealing with the map of fun trying to figure out where to stop. With this tour EVERYONE in our group experienced the scenery stress free as the driving, places to go and parking was left up to our tour guide. If you are limited on time (and patience) for getting around the park, a Private Yellowstone tour is the only way to go and this is the company to do your tour with. Our guide TimO was amazing! Showed up on time, was professional, extremely knowledgeable about the area, patient, awesome with the kids, flexible and hit the spots we needed to see. The van was clean and well stocked with snacks and drinks. Our lunch was great and the picnic location he picked out was perfect for letting the kids run around a bit. Truly an amazing experience that enabled the entire group to experience the highlights of Yellowstone and become better acquainted with the park. I will recommend this tour company to friends, family, and acquaintances.
