A friend recommended I join a yoga class with an instructor named Lisa. I went with zero expectations but hopeful I could change by routine and de-stress. One class in and I was a believer. I’ve practiced yoga with instructors before and Lisa is out of this world. Her guidance, kindness, willingness to help improve, awesome playlist and just a great vibe with other people in the same room. Lisa is spectacular!

In connection with our vacation on Koh Tao, we booked a private yoga class. To our great positive surprise, Lisa showed up and gave us a relaxed and enjoyable lesson. Our family is beginners with yoga, but Lisa got us into the wonderful world of yoga in a very calm and comfortable way. We were taught in Stråla which challenged us on our individual level.
