Our tour guide was exceptional, provided interesting foliage and historical information. However, we booked & paid for a 7 hour tour which we started at 9am, took an hour for lunch and were brought back to our car at 2pm. I’m not great at math, and I’m confident that doesn’t total 7 hours.

I'm so very sorry for the confusion! All of our tours start and end at our Yosemite Basecamp in Groveland, CA. For convenience we will pick folks up at different points along the way; however, those meeting in Yosemite Valley will miss up to an hour of the tour on each side. I am sorry that wasn't communicated better by Viator when you booked. While we can't change how the platform resales our tours, we would love any recommendations you have on how we can make this more clear on our end. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to explain this to future guests, and thank you for highlighting the portions of the tour you enjoyed. We are very thankful to have spent the day with you both.

I had an absolutely marvellous time with the tour. My guide, Nate, was had an excellent gamut of knowledge regarding not just the geographical layout of the park, but also it's history. The route was carefully planned out to give a good balance of time spent in both sunlight and shade with stops at bathrooms. Nate was even kind enough to suggest a hiking route for me to take after the tour and pointed it out on my map. Truly exemplary service.
