You cannot predict the weather but you can predict this ferryās service. Namely well meaning and wonderful service. Very helpful hints on what to do on the ferry with the rough weather by the concierge. Including supplies of ginger lollies to ease motion sickness! We went o places he suggested and had a great insight of the area in our short visit.

The locals moaned about the busy roads and traffic, the planes are expensive so this is really the very best way to travel into P-Town.
The crew were helpful, the boat is clean and serves food and booze.
We sat outside and enjoyed the views of Boston and its neighbouring towns from the water, sailed by the airport and even saw a whale on the trip out (its tail anyway!)
Two things to note: you have to carry on your luggage and store it either at the front or back. It may mean if you can't handle your bags that you may struggle a bit.
The other is that as a new wharf in the recently regenerated Boston area of town - that there is no easy dropping off and getting a cab. We walked up a block and then used uber so its possible but not direct.

The ferry was nice and quick. A little expensive. Thereās not much to do in Provincetown really. It was pretty crowded, mainly LBGT people. I donāt think itās a family oriented place and I wouldnāt take my kids there. I wouldnāt return.
