Join us for a unique exploration of Fort Lauderdale’s beautiful coral reefs, home to over 500 different species of fish. With the reef so close, we don’t need a boat! The incredible reef we explore is only 400 feet from the shoreline which is where we launch. After a short swim, you will be face to face with many tropical species such as Angelfish, Butterfly fish, Tangs, and other reef life! Fort Lauderdale's reefs won't be here forever so make sure you see them before they are gone!

Our guide was careless to say the least. He gave zero instructions, even though we informed that we had someone within our group who never snorkeled. Our gear fell apart mid excursion and he could’ve cared less honestly. As we struggled in the rough water I tried to let him know that we would be turning around, to which he said “no refunds or reschedules”, coldly, without even offering to guide us back to shore in the rough waters( there were experienced divers who even said the waters were rough to snorkel in that day). Overall this was a terrible experience compared to my other snorkeling trips.

Hello Zairah. Thank you for letting us know about this. Here at Square Grouper SoFlo we train our guides that the customer comes first, and from what I am reading that is not what happened. We absolutely have a rescheduling policy so it is disheartening to hear that your guide that day did not provide you with the correct information as well and in a respectful way. Customer safety is by far the most important aspect of the business and I want to assure you that we are looking into this matter. This is not the Square Grouper Experience that we try so hard to achieve. We hope that you come back and get to experience this tour for what it is.

Came with my sister while on vacation this was the highlight of our trip! They crew know what they are doing and have fun while being safe. Such a great experience!!
