Javier and Katie were excellent. It was cold and rainy but yet they smiled and laughed the whole time. They were upbeat and positive even with the shivering. They never even rushed us. They literally went above and beyond.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Excellent experience for entire family! Quick and easy pick-up, fast transit, knowledgeable and entertaining guides, and awesome lines and bridges! We felt safe the entire time, the hand brakes were easy to use, and we had a BLAST! Cora, Mickey, Mack, Rolin and Loki all added to the experience and made the excursion forever memorable! Job well done!!

What an AMAZING adventure with Loki and Hyrum! True professionals and all-around nice guys! I was so scared when I started but their professionalism and personalities changed me from expecting a frightful day to experiencing one of the best activities I have EVER done on vacation! Safety is #1 with them and fun is #2! I recommend this for ALL ages even if you have a fear of heights! Just do it!
