I took this Adventure as part of a shore excursion during a Holiday Vacations/Holland America Alaskan Adventure. I saw an eagle riding thermals on a nearby mountain range and also saw numerous eagles in the area. A black bear walked in front of our bus on the way from the ship doc to the Zipline location. Our guides Connor and Lauren made sure that we understood how to use our hands for brakes and also kept us secure at all times, which was greatly appreciated as a person in his late 50's. The most strenuous part of the Adventure was climbing on the top step of the launch platform, which was not difficult at all. There are support ropes that you grab to help yourself up on the step, which called for minimum effort. The repel from the final platform is very easy and virtually effortless.

The team which took about 14 of us up into the rain forest were excellent. Their safety briefings were accomplished with humour and were unhurried. There were about 7 zip wires, some quite long, and 3 swaying wooden bridges. It was all tremendous fun and very exhilarating. We saw bald eagles and a black bear from on high. Don’t hesitate, go for it.

We were a group of 8 (2 families) who have zip-lined before and we absolutely loved this experience. Very well organized & amazing views - we even saw a bear on the ride up and a momma bear and her cub on the ride down. We were taken through the course by Davis & Pat who were super-awesome guides not only in the technical/safety perspective but great, fun guys as well!
