Awesome time! The entire family LOVED it! Great directions and instructions from the staff before we left. We left feeling safe and capable. They got the kids hyped up and made helmet wearing fun! Would recommend!

The difference between a good company and a great company is how they handle the situation when things go wrong. Online reservation was easy. Nate was friendly, fast, and informative during the check-in and check-out process. Tony was our hero when we got a flat tire. He brought us a new unit asap and took the other one back. They honored their word and didn't charge us for the flat because a stick punctured the inside of the tire. They also extend our time at no cost. I can't say enough good things about the team at Sedona Offroad center.
