Jose is both the owner and guide of Epic Adventures. He did a fantastic job introducing my family to the thrill of rappelling. McDowell mountain is a great choice for all first time rappellers. He has three progressively more challenging rappels that are a great transition for first timers. It was an easy hike to the McDowell site, with great views from the top. Jose was very capable and made us feel safe the whole time. I highly recommend using Epic Adventures.

This was only my second time rappelling and it was amazing.. This canyoneering adventure will take your breath away. It was challenging but Jose kept it fun and safe. I tend to freak out a little bit stepping off the edge of the rock and Jose was very patient with me. After the first time it was a lot easier. We all had a great time and would recommend to everyone. Thanks Jose for a great experience.

This is a must do. Jose our guide was excellent. Great instruction great conversation. We felt very comfortable with his instruction and guidance. Very safe with him. A really great time and a lot of fun. Can’t wait to book another tour with him.
