Overview

The entrance to Rock Canyon is a thrilling one. Skirting the east border of Zion National Park, we take you through the dune-like area known as Elephant Alcove, complete with plenty of off-road driving. Once at the trailhead, Rock Canyon offers a delightful experience with four rappels, including a stunning 110-foot descent into a captivating alcove. As you approach the East Fork, the canyon turns into a lush scene with cottonwood trees and grasses. A small, moderate hike out brings you right back to your vehicle.

We went through the whole canyon with no problems! It was very fun and guided amazing! If you looking for something easy to do and a fun experience I highly recommend this.

We had such a good time! Noah was our tour guide and we couldn’t have asked for a better one. We had 4 adults and a 7 year old in our group. Noah was so kind, patient, and encouraging to our daughter so that she could rappel too. She was nervous at first but thanks to him, she wanted to be the first one to go at every spot. We had a great time talking about other places in the area to go hiking and climbing and Noah was very knowledgeable. The tour was the perfect mix of riding in the UTV, hiking, rappelling, and admiring the beautiful canyon. We live in the area and it was so cool to get to see a side of it we don’t see as often because it is truly breathtaking. This is one of our favorite things we’ve ever done since moving to southern Utah and I can’t recommend it enough! The company is fantastic, friendly, and well prepared. I can’t wait until we can go again!

We had an amazing time! Ted was a great guide. I’m scared of heights and Ted helped along the way. We had a blast. If you’re thinking about doing this, just do it! You won’t regret it.
