The tour was very interesting & informative. Hagen (the guide) passed on lots of info! It was unfortunate that we felt we had been 'shoe-horned' into a German tour - the two of us English speaking, the other six, German. Four hours with half in German was a little wearing...
The minibus was rather warm, despite air conditioning, and it would have been a nice touch to have been given a bottle of iced water maybe, half way around?
We have been on similar tours where the minibus was bigger - especially bigger windows...it wasn't always easy to see what was being pointed out.
I think we might have preferred an open top bus for visibility!
Hagen was very accommodating taking photos, etc.

Hi guys,
our condolences to the queen! She was exceptional!
Thank you for your review.
We are pretty confident that we have the ONLY real Miami tours, the big doubledecker bus companies are nothing more than super expensive public transportation.
The guides on their tours are not even real tour guides and a lot of times they sing on the tours or try other tactics to cover up their lack of knowledge.
These companies don't pay their guides and that's why they always get new ''tour guides''
They sometimes don't talk in English at all and if you think that our van was hot you should sit inside the double-decker they don't have any AC at all.
If you want to sweat and get a sunburn or rained on then you can dick the upper deck!
Our guides drive to places like Coral Gabels, Coconut Groove, South Point, Brickell, and places in Wynwood and Miami that the big busses don't even get close to.
If you need expensive public transportation you good with their tours if you want a real city tour of Miami you need to pick our tour.
thank you guys
greetings to great Britain
