Purchased this experience to learn more about Microsoft. Went to redeem the scavenger hunt by downloading the app. Couldn't redeem the product so called customer support. Customer support said that the product was no longer available because Microsoft complained about people walking around on their campus. Said fine, and asked for a refund. Customer support said that refund would need to come from TripAdvisor and not them since TripAdvisor is the one still selling the product that they no longer offer. Why TA is still selling a product that they no longer offer is beyond me. Sounds like TA and Let's Roam are confused and not on the same page and now I have nothing to show for the money I spent.
