Most people will tell you that the Burying Point Cemetery is the most haunted cemetery in Salem - and it would be hard for us to to disagree. The Burying Point Cemetery is a popular stop on guided ghost tours in Salem. You'll hear about the history of the cemetery, its connections to the Witch Trials, and the stories of the ghosts which are said to haunt it.

The tour guide, Bobby, was informed and knowledgeable about the history of the town and made tie-ins to not only local color but did his best to keep even those who might not be overly enthusiastic (my teenage step daughter, for instance) excited with relevant hints to pop culture and current events. Excellent experience for everyone!!

We had Nicole as our guide and she was amazing. Even with a torrential downpour she made the tour interesting and informative. We were encouraged to take pictures and we got some great photos of orbs and other ghostly things.
