I had only 2 days to take in as much as I could while in Rhode Island and I am so glad I found Experience Rhode Island. The experience began with booking the tours while I was still at home. I arrived in early June right before the peak travel season began so I was really worried about the tours being cancelled. The young lady who answers the phone patiently took my calls every other day for about a week to make sure that the tours would go on as scheduled. She even reached out to me the day before to assure me that they would happen as scheduled! The Providence tour was so interesting that I was taking notes like I was in school. I learned so much about the history of this beautiful city and the mark it made on the building of our country. The Newport News as great as well. I loved the fact that we had two hours (approx) on our own. I struggled with the thought of going back to visit The Breakers but I didn't think I had enough time. But I had ample time to shop, eat and enjoy the view of the Atlantic Ocean. If you are short on time and like history and culture, this is the tour for you!

Can you cover small state in 7 hours? Yes, you can if you have Ted as your tour guide. Knowledgeable+passionate+good sense of humor = great time ! And stopping for THE best ice cream break on a way is definitely another plus ang a BIG one!

I wanted to get out of my city for my birthday. I, like everyone else, am tired of quarantine birthdays. I decided to head to Rhode Island. I work in the state multiple times a week, but I'm never there long enough to experience anything. I scoured the internet for activities that sounded interesting and were reasonably priced. I kept stumbling upon Experience Rhode Island and saw all the great reviews on every site. The reviews didn't lie. My friend and I had a ball!! We learned a lot about Providence and Rhode Island while getting to sample the best Rhode Island eats. I now know that I LOVE Rhode Island Chowdah and clam cakes!! I have never liked chowder but Rhode Island has changed my mind!! Our guide is a fun guy with a great sense of humor. You can tell he loves his city and state as well as the job. Plus he is an incredibly skilled driver! Shout out to the other ladies on the tour! Such a fun group of ladies. This tour was a treat. I'm so glad I went with this company and plan on going on more tours in the future!!
