Bike tour was cancelled, NO notification. Travelled from Denver to Boulder. Guy on the phone said he was unable to contact me(!) I have a belgian phone number, but even then, it's possible to contact me by phone, or send me an email. You can imagine it was my worst experience ever while traveling. Greetings Luc

Our sincere apologies for this mistake. We are closed for the winter, I am not sure how the booking was able to be made. We will look into this and of course offer a full refund.
