Hertz Rental Car - worst experience ever. I rented a car yesterday (11/03) and have had to exchange it 2 times and it’s still not correct. I was told I had to buy liability insurance (despite telling the salesperson I had existing insurance) and I had to bring my car back to the airport to make an exchange. The car had a scratch on the door that was not written on the invoice that was there prior to me getting it. The inspector never took a picture of the car so an incident report had to be filed despite the car just being rented 30 minutes prior. I have tried calling but customer service is a joke and they are not picking up at the airport. I am beyond disgusted with this agency and the availability of getting through to a customer service representative.
