The water level was lower than what we’ve experience previously but it was still a great rafting trip down the Rio grande. Our guide, Christine, was great and full of historical information about the region. She made the trip perfect and topped it all off with some great salsa made by Maria!

In Red River for the week, we always look for a river trip and found Far Flung Ad. We had a good time and learned something about the river and surrounding history as we negotiated down the Rio. Christine was our guide and kept the conversation going through the forward and backward paddle commands.

Our family spent the morning rafting with Hanko and couldn't have asked for a better experience. He was great with the pre-teen and teenagers as well as the parents and gave everyone a chance to be a bit of a risk-taker. The home-made salsa at the end of the trip was divine!!
