The adventure operates rain or shine.
As this tour involves some hiking, good physical condition is required.
Maximum weight limit is 245lbs** (strictly enforced; everyone is weighed in on a mechanically calibrated scale(doctor's scale) BEFORE the adventure. Customers exceeding this weight limit WILL NOT be refunded.
Minimum weight is at least 40lbs** (strictly enforced; everyone is weighed in on a mechanically calibrated scale(doctor's scale) BEFORE the adventure. Customers that do not meet this weight limit WILL NOT be refunded.
Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
Children 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. No unattended minors are allowed on the zipline course. Ages 5-13 must have a paying zipline parent or guardian ziplining with them. Ages 14-17 the parent or guardian does not have to zipline but must be present on the course spectating. Cost to spectate is $15/pp.
Includes HD camera for each person for pictures and videos

We had a blast!! Fun for the whole family, we have college age kids. The whole staff is phenomenal! We absolutely loved our guides Sam, Nathan and Eric. Super fun and a must see if you are in the area.

Awesome day!! The guides were great-especially our Louisiana guide! They were professional yet fun!! They made me feel safe and we had an unbelievably goid time!!

I am very disappointed with this company. I was told that all members must be in a specific weight category. I was a couple of pounds over, which is fine muscle weighs more than fat I can deal with that, but what I think is horrible is the fact that they did not refund me my money, so I did not ride, but they still took my money and said "sorry" no refunds. I am also annoyed because the people in my party that did go paid for a 6 line trip, one line was down so they only were able to ride 5 lines and they were not refunded anything. This place will rip you off!! And there service wasn't good they basically just rush you through the entire experience. I am speaking for myself and the other members in my group. You may have a better experience, but I am also sure there are other Zipline company's that do business a bit better and are way more professional.
