As this tour involves some hiking, moderate to above-average physical condition is recommended
Maximum weight limit is 245lbs** (strictly enforced; everyone is weighed in on a mechanically calibrated scale(doctor's scale) BEFORE the adventure. Customers exceeding this weight limit WILL NOT be refunded.
Minimum age is 5 (no minimum weight or height requirement as long as they are 5 years old)
Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
Children 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. No unattended minors are allowed on the zipline course. Ages 5-13 must have a paying zipline parent or guardian ziplining with them. Ages 14-17 the parent or guardian does not have to zipline but must be present on the course spectating. Cost to spectate is $15/pp.

OMG! First I have to mention the staff. They are such a disco ball of fun, not to mention how they treat you like their chosen family. They were caution and made sure your gear was secure and your mind was ready to have the time of your life. My husband and I have not stopped talking about this adventure since it happened. We are so pleased with the outcome we're planning another trip just for to do this again. Many thanks to Megan, Nathan, and Chris - you all are awesome!! A must if you want to have something to remember for a lifetime.

What a blast! Easy to book online and they were able to accommodate us when our flight was delayed and rescheduled us for the following day. Check in was easy and crew was FUN- great energy and they established rapport quickly with my family- mom + 2 teenagers. We completed the 6 line course and being from Florida, I struggled a bit with the hiking in the high altitude. The hiking is at the beginning and was well paced- every time I felt out of breath, it was like magic- we would stop and take a quick breather for 2 minutes or so. Crew brakes for you and so when you’re zip lining, you just have to sit back and keep your feet up which was nice. After 4 lines in, there was lightning in the area and our crew moved us to a safe area and kept us posted so there was a delay. They were so attentive and apologetic and coming from Florida, I was expecting them to end the experience, but they waited and we were eventually able to complete the last two zip lines. Overall, the BEST zip line experience- Megan was especially funny! Highly recommend!

My kids gave me a gift certificate for the 6 zip line adventure. The guides were terrific -- warm, friendly, competent and attentive. The scenery was drop dead gorgeous. I felt extremely safe. My kids just came along to watch and take photos, and thee staff were very accommodating. There is a bit of a hike to the first zip line and another between the first and second. These might be a challenge for folks coming from sea level, as they are steep in spots. But I'm 62, not in fabulous shape, and I did just fine. The zip lines themselves were nicely varied in length and speed, taking me through beautiful forests and meadows. The guides fostered a supportive, friendly atmosphere among other riders, and I felt we all left as friends. Highly recommend!
