SEATING: If you are a twosome, please be advised you may be seated with another couple at a table for four. If you know another party you would like to be seated with, please note it in your reservation. Private tables are available only by request and only on the Main Deck of the vessel.
Maximum capacity is 130 passengers (boat fits up to 300)
Tour operator reserves the right to substitute vessels, routes and destinations based on vessel operations, weather and sea conditions without notice
Due to new Homeland Security Procedures all passengers may be subject to a random search of their personal effects (including carry ons) and all passengers must be able to provide identification upon the request of vessel personnel as proof of his/her identity. Due to these changes it is imperative that each guest have a valid ID with them at all times
Gratuity will be collected at checkin for parties of 8 or more. $15.00 per person
Boarding closes and begins 10 minutes before departure.
Full refunds are eligible with 24-hr notice. Less than 24-hr notice due to medical circumstances, a doctor visit note may be required for a full refund.
Rebooking fees may be assessed depending on avoidable circumstances.
Motorized Wheelchairs are not accessible on our vessel for gangway crossing.

We went on this cruise for Valentine's Day and it was our first time sailing with this company (we live on Maui and have sailed with several other providers). I always say "any day spent on the water is a good day." For the most part, this cruise lived up to that idea. Boarding was fairly straightforward, and the couple we were seated with was very nice. The welcoming Mai Tai was ok, but we were lucky enough to see whales almost immediately out of the harbor--a mother, calf, and companion. Great show! Speaking of great show, the highlight of this cruise was the entertainment. Our one-woman band (Jolette?) has a great voice and an impressive repertoire of songs. Our server, Rachel, also sang on one song and has a lovely voice. The service was good considering the number of people, narrow aisles, and rolling ship. ;) I had the chicken which was decent--meat was a tad dry--but in an excellent sauce. Carrots were perfect and the only thing wrong with the potatoes is there weren't more of them. The cheesecake was also pretty good. My only real criticism of the cruise was the request for gratuity at the end. Very awkward and unexpected to receive a "bill" as we're pulling into the harbor, considering how much we'd already paid. I would have preferred being offered the chance to pay a gratuity when I booked online. As it was, the crew received much less than they would have otherwise, because we don't carry a lot of cash on us and we certainly weren't going to wait around for someone to process a credit card. That's a serious flaw that needs to addressed on an otherwise enjoyable experience.

We had a great time! The service was awesome, the food was good, we loved the music and to top it off, we saw a lot of whales!

I took the cruise on February 14. The hotel booked the cruise in the boat that we thought we’re going to be on but was not the same boat. The boat seem dirty and tired the bathrooms were horrible the food was not very good. The music was very good and the gal that sang was very good. We saw whales which was great but we paid too much money for this through the hotel we are very disappointed. Also the service could’ve been better than needed more waiters to clean off tables.
