SEATING: If you are a twosome, please be advised you may be seated with another couple at a table for four. If you know another party you would like to be seated with, please note it in your reservation. Private tables are available only by request and only on the Main Deck of the vessel.
Maximum capacity is 130 passengers (boat fits up to 300)
Tour operator reserves the right to substitute vessels, routes and destinations based on vessel operations, weather and sea conditions without notice
Due to new Homeland Security Procedures all passengers may be subject to a random search of their personal effects (including carry ons) and all passengers must be able to provide identification upon the request of vessel personnel as proof of his/her identity. Due to these changes it is imperative that each guest have a valid ID with them at all times
Gratuity will be collected at checkin for parties of 8 or more. $15.00 per person
Boarding closes and begins 10 minutes before departure.
Full refunds are eligible with 24-hr notice. Less than 24-hr notice due to medical circumstances, a doctor visit note may be required for a full refund.
Rebooking fees may be assessed depending on avoidable circumstances.
Motorized Wheelchairs are not accessible on our vessel for gangway crossing.

The views were incredible, we were a bit bummed because of the smog and haze from the volcano but we’re still able to enjoy it all. We thoroughly enjoyed the live entertainment, Craig takes requests and had some awesome music of his own. We also enjoyed the food and service, all of the bar tenders and servers were so friendly, indulging all of our photo and food requests. Would definitely recommend to others!

Hello, I want to give feedback. 1. The vessel was in NO Way what you advertised. All the literature show a picture of the Maui Princess as a large beautiful yacht or yacht - like vessel. The vessel that showed up was more like a commuter ferry. It was advertised as the most comfortable vessel in Maui the vessel had very, very uncomfortable wooden seats. 2. There was no dancing. Just a guy with a guitar…. Not even a duo/trio of musicians. Who, by the way, never missed a chance to pitch his personal album and solicit sales. Tacky. 3. The vessel was 15-20 minutes late which doesn’t seem like much, but this prevented us from getting the full sunset on the ocean. It’s a “sunset cruise” and the sun was already setting as we waited in line on the dock the arrival. The servers, captain and musician were nice, but they provided an extremely basic service, such as I’ve received in a diner like Denny’s. Overall this was an underwhelming and disappointing experience which didn’t come close to the expectation of a premium dinner cruise. The way it was marketed by you as an upscale event is quite frankly misleading. I also find it obnoxious to receive a folder as one would normally receive at the end of meal in a restaurant purely for soliciting tips. Especially since the experience was mediocre at best- tacky. I feel tremendously cheated and scammed. I have enjoyed many, many premium dinner cruises across the globe and this is the absolute worst. It was not worth what you charged.
