Hello Riley, was a last-minute reservation, and we told you that we donĀ“t have any Limo available, we offered a Tesla vehicle for you, but you answered us that you want to cancel and never confirmed it. We didnĀ“t make the reservation since you never confirmed if you wanted the Tesla. You need to talk with Viator, they made the refunds, not us, I told you that by phone when you called.
