Our driver was awesome on time Very helpful with us because we had lots of luggage. Our limousine was just outside the door very clean . I would use them again . Very safe.

We got to the airport in Las Vegas to come to find out they had cancelled my ride without even a heads up, when I called to ask they told me that I had cancelled and it was my fault, also they still have not given a refund

Hello Riley, was a last-minute reservation, and we told you that we don´t have any Limo available, we offered a Tesla vehicle for you, but you answered us that you want to cancel and never confirmed it. We didn´t make the reservation since you never confirmed if you wanted the Tesla. You need to talk with Viator, they made the refunds, not us, I told you that by phone when you called.

Having the driver meet us at baggage claim. He was well dressed and had an impressive sign. He made everything so smooth. The car was so clean and comfortable. My sister and I were treated like royalty.
