We did the all day Royal Gorge float. Joe was our guide and we felt like we were in great hands the whole time. He takes safety seriously and knows how to respond to ever-changing tricky rapids. He has a lot of knowledge about the area and the river. The lunch was way more food than we could eat - fresh and lots of choices. The Royal Gorge section gave us the adrenalin rush we wanted and the length of the trip was perfect. There truly isnt anything negative I can think of about the experience and I hope we can return next year.

Had a great adventure with Performance Tours! My high school son and I started out in Browns Canyon, not knowing exactly what we were getting into. Steve “use-less” took care of us...showing us the basics. Felt safe the entire day. He also put together a fantastic lunch for us on a rock ledge...truley impressive. Day two we tackled the Royal Gorge with Joe, also a stellar guide. This section was a bit more intense rafting wise, but we always felt safe. Thrilling rapids and unbelievable views with 1000 foot walls will make this a trip we both won’t ever forget. We’ll be back for high water!

We did the royal gorge trip and it was amazing. PJ was a fantastic guide who made sure we were safe but still had fun. He is obviously loving what he does and that makes for a great experience.
