We booked this tour in advance of our trip to San Francisco. Unfortunately the tour was cancelled due to the wild fires in Sonoma Valley. Alan was very helpful, accommodating and professional. He offered us other tour options which we elected not to take advantage of as we had already been to the alternate options. We were not charged a cancellation fee (I know you wouldn't expect that we would however you never know). Alan responded to enquiries very quickly. There are a lot of tour options in San Francisco, however you don't always get the type of service this company provides.

The trip to Muir Woods was great, but we did not get to wine country because of the terrible fires there.

Trip was great. Tour guide was very professional and knowledgeable, and made us feel very welcome. Muir Woods was beautiful, very peaceful first thing in the morning. Unfortunately, the wine tour portion of tour was canceled due to the wild fires in Sonoma and Napa valley. My thoughts and prayers go out to the families and firemen affected by the fires. I hope the wine region will survive.
