This trip was by far one of the best parts (if not the best part!) of our trip to San Francisco. 2 friends and I booked it as part of our girls trip and from the on time pick up to the perfect lunch (recommended by the driver, Paul.), to the wonderful lessons about wine making (made even more interesting by all the wine sampling), to the stop by Mrs. Doubtfire's house (from the movie), and an incredible view of the Golden Gate bridge, this was AMAZING. The driver was so incredibly knowledgeable and friendly he made the trip worthwhile. I don't think I've ever enjoyed a tour so much! Don't hesitate. It's worth every penny!! PS. be prepared to pay $10 for entrance to Muir woods. I didn't realize that wasn't included so it was a tad suprising, but no big deal. All other entrance fees were paid.

This tour started off very rough. We booked through Viator and the tour operator said they only saw a reservation for 2 instead of my family of four so there weren't enough seats in the van. We showed them our tickets which included payment for four and they went to work trying to fix it. It took a few hours to resolve when they sent a 2nd van to split the parties up. Brian, our guide, was extremely apologetic and went out of his way to make-up for the error. He was a fantastic guide as well with a ton of energy and information. The Muir Woods visit was just the right amount of time to take in the forest and still be able to enjoy Sonoma square and the 3 wineries. The wineries were good, not great. I'm used wine tastings having palette cleansers in btw tastings but none of the wineries did. In the 2nd winery we visited, after the tastings the host immediately came to your table to take your order and seemed a little aggravated if you weren't buying bottles to take home. It felt pressured and off-putting. This winery didn't have a store area either that you could just take some time to browse. Overall this was a good tour for the price and I would recommend to friends as long as they book directly and not use Viator.

Great day! The woods are amazing and Sonoma is not to be missed. So nice to have a driver so you can sit back and just enjoy!
