Great family owned and operated business! Our tour was out of Eureka which was about 45 minutes from Whitefish. The tour guide based the trails off of our experience and comfort level. During the tour, we saw magnificent mountain and reservoir views! Our guide asked several times on what we wanted to do and see in order to customize our experience. The equipment was very well maintained and the employees ensured a great experience.

Poor communication; arrived to learn that they cancelled our booking (Rzr- 4 hour ride) without any prior notification. After further complaints, we were accommodated with a 2 hour trail ride at the same price as the 4 hour ride we originally booked. The map provided for the trail ride was extremely poor; unreadable.

Greetings, We were made aware of this review recently and apologize for your inconvenience. Unfortunately we have no control over Fire Seasons, Fire Restrictions and staff being called to Fire Camp. They often are given 24 hour or less notification. Too, in the rental industry, sometimes equipment is damaged and end of day is all the notice we have, to give. While we work diligently to accommodate every booking, there are indeed timings of events that no matter how much we would like to adventure with you- we simply cannot. We appreciate that you chose us for your adventuring plans. Your rate was changed via Viator at the time of the booking, removing the Guide from the payment. If this never reflected on your statement please contact us immediately. Thank you for taking time to share your concerns with us. We strive to provide exemplary customer service and your feedback is helpful. Colt was our guide for this half-day tour. Our family of 5 had booked the full-day, but with the wildfires they were not allowed to do full-day tours. We had tons of fun anyway!!! We drive UTVs whenever we can on vacation, so we look for tours that show you something you can't see on your own, not just drive a UTV just to drive around. This tour was perfect! We saw a very hidden waterfall, tasted huckleberries, went to 3-4 lakes and the top of a mountain. Very fun day for all! My son had way more fun riding with Colt than riding with us lol. Colt even took us up a mountain in his vehicle that was too tricky for us to drive alone (2 separate trips that took about 5 minutes). We had a blast! We got a 2-seater & 4-seater, and followed Colt in his 4-seater. It was very dusty, so wear a bandana for your face!
