This service is a scam. I booked and paid for transfer through TripAdvisor then made a change in pickup due to change in itinerary. The change was confirmed through TripAdvisor. I then received confirmation of change in pickup through operator, only to be told that the transfer was cancelled.

Dear Mariano, We are very sorry that you are upset. But we make changes 24 hours before transfers. If you told us before, we will arrange everything for you, but you informed us in a very short time about you rebooked your flight. Please understand that we operate private transfers and all of our drivers are scheduled in advance so we cannot change everything at the last minute. We received a request to change the time, but this request was rejected by us, since according to the rules, the cancellation of the transfer or the introduction of changes to the schedule must be made no later than 24 hours. You should have noticed this when you made your reservation. Almost all transformation companies work like this. When you informed us that you will arrive on another flight, we immediately recommended that you make a new booking. Please, if you have any changes in your travel, provide this information in a timely manner, then you will not be disappointed.
