Smooth boat ride! Kind staff! Overall great experience! Thanks! I would recommend getting there early so you can board quickly and pick your spot to ride. We chose the top deck inside and were the first 2 seats. We sat on the same side coming back so we could see the other side view.

This company has consistently over the years had employees that actually give a damn about their job which is sadly rare these days. Catherine at the ticket office in Salem went WAY above and beyond to help my father who was born and raised in Salem after the Salem trolley company totally screwed my entire family over and left an elderly stroke survivor with trouble walking literally on the curb (and proceeded to yell at me on the phone!). Book the ferry (excellent ride, boat crew were first class esp. senior deck hand Reggie). Skip the trolley. The trip is totally worth it ftom Boston.
