This experience with your office was unacceptable and due to this we will no longer be using your service. We have used many times before, both internationally and in US, and you have lost a customer. I spent my entire day trying to rectify YOUR error—still with no resolution! I am done!!!

We reserved a round trip on this high-speed ferry from Boston to Salem (need to buy two separate tickets). When we showed up at Long Wharf at the appointed time, there were about 8-9 people waiting. The ferry never arrived and after waiting 20-30 minutes, someone in the group called customer service. We were then told that the ferry was canceled due to weather. We felt, however, that it was canceled because the capacity of the ferry is 149, whereas there were less than 10 people registered. And in order to get reimbursed, we had to call Viator. The reimbursement was not automatic.

Perfect way to get from Boston to Salem and Back. The staff was courteous, the guide provided information about the landmarks along the way to make the trip interesting. Would bring cash for snacks and drinks on board as the internet wasn't working to run our card.
