Only thing I would recommend is to let all passengers know if there was any sort of bad weather in the upcoming ride. This mentally prepares or people that are at higher risk of getting sea sick a sense of awareness. Other than that all staff onboard were very nice.

The narration on the ride was really nice and informative. It made the time go by a lot faster and there was some helpful information before getting into Salem.

Ferry was canceled due to weather and we were told no refunds. So we didn't get to ride the ferry and we didn't get our money back.
