Not what we expected…thinking ferry is slow easy ride…it was fast and bouncy…not enjoyable…I wouldn’t ride again

We took the fast ferry from Boston to Salem, it was a beautiful day and the journey was very pleasant. Salem, however, is overrated and tacky. I was so disappointed as I'd been looking forward to visiting for so long. If Disneyworld had a Hocus Pocus-land, it would be Salem. If you're looking for genuine history, don't bother going to Salem.

The knowledge and safety of the crew, was refreshing. It was our first time traveling from Boston to Salem. We decided it would be nice to take the ferry and see the coast line. We weren’t disappointed. We just wish there had been a dedicated shuttle to get from the dock into downtown Salem. We’d take this form of transportation again.
