Join your local guide for a fascinating trip back in history as they share the story of Salem’s founding in 1626 by Puritans whose search for religious freedom ultimately ended in a wave of fear, suspicion, and anger that gripped Salem for one fateful year. Maria was INCREDIBLE. we did two different walking tours yesterday and Maria was BY FAR the best. She was funny, engaging, and told us interesting facts about Salem that we would have never known otherwise. She also offered us additional educational resources at the end of the tour and gave great local recommendations for where to eat. I am so glad that we did her tour first thing when we arrived. It helped us get acclimated with our surroundings and dive right in to all Salem has to offer. HIGHLY recommend her.

What an amazing tour! Maria was an absolute perfect tour guide. The tour was informative and thought provoking and at times just plain fun. The time went too fast, in a good way.
