We have been on many tours in other cities, and this one in comparison was just Ok. As silly as it may sound, having a tour guide in period costume really does contribute to the experience. The tour guide was informative, but it just felt like she could have been reading right from a google search. Add in some juicy details, more info & history about each site. It was basically ā€œHere is ā€”ā€”-, and this event happened here. Moving on ā€œ Craft a better (fact based) story about each location, add in more history tidbits, talk about how the old history ties back to life & culture in that place now. Better storytelling, better delivery & content.

Tour guide was fun and very knowledgeable. Iā€™m glad we went. My only regret was not know you also do a history tour. I should have done that too

Wish the tour lasted longer than 1 hour. Also, since it was in Salem Massachusetts it felt like a very rushed tour.
