So I purchased two tickets for my boyfriend’s birthday we drove two hours to do this tour when we arrived there was no one there there was no way to get into the app or a promo code that was on our ticket didn’t work it was the worst experience on Groupon I have ever experienced hands-down I do not recommend this

I had bought the tickets through the tripadvisor link but we were not able to find where to go to start this ghost hunt. We went to the address listed and could find no-one there from Lets Roam, in fact none of the neighboring businesses could help either. We were forced to eat the tickets. Tried calling both Tripadvisor and Lets Roam for guidance and could not reach either, we have however gotten several texts asking for a review on the experience so here you go. I'd say be wary bc we got burned and that was our main activity for that labor day weekend,
