Puked the heat anything. Group of 50 is too large. Asked him to turn microphone up and he said it was the highest it could go. No clue to what he was saying.

So sorry you had this issue. We always tell people to move closer if they can't hear and we crank the amplifier. However, the city has rules and we cannot go over certain decibel levels in some areas. All the tours cap at 50 people per tour. October is very busy and the city can get noisy at times. If you can, come back during the summer when it is less busy and be our guest.

We did the 1692 Walking Tour early in the day and the Haunted Footsteps Ghost Tour at night. Our tour guide for both was Jeff. We had a great time learning the stories and visiting the sites of historical Salem. Highly recommend.
