We were very excited about this tour, as this was our familyā€™s first trip to Salemā€”and we were very interested in the witch trials. But the tour was poor. Our guideā€™s presentation was disorganized and he kept losing his train of thought. We regret that we didnā€™t just go to the witch-trial museumā€”and skipped this tour.

We did the combo day/night tours. The witch trial tour was great. Our guide bob was a lot of fun and very knowledgeable about the trials and the impact on the community. The haunted tour was ok but would the the day time tour again.

We're glad you enjoyed the tours. Our guides are very knowledgeable about the city's history. The ghost tour is creepy but not necessarily scary. Thank you

Nice pace and interesting history. Bigger groups makes it hard to see all the points of interest safely.

We're glad you enjoyed the tour and sorry if you feel you didn't get to see some the sites safely. We do read a city required safety announcement before the tour and stick to those rules. We're not sure which sites were difficult to see because many locations are huge and we stand in areas that can accommodate the size of our groups. We never go over 50 people with one guide and use amplifiers so everyone can hear. We always tell guests to let us know if they can't hear the guide or have any issues during the tour.
